How to Receive a Quote

  • Browse the Rental Menu: Navigate through the inventory categories and subcategories displayed on the dedicated inventory page.

  • Add Items: Click the Shopping Cart on specific items to add them to your personalized list.

  • Review Your List: Access your "Shopping Cart" to see all selected items. You can adjust quantities or add specific notes to any item.

  • Provide Event Details: Enter your event date, contact information, and any additional details requested in the submission panel.

  • Submit for Quote: Once submitted, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. The Northwest Convention Services will then review your list for availability and send a formal quote for your approval.
